Common Returns Questions

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on bikinis or swim costumes. With regards to other clothing items, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 10 days of the delivery date for orders.

Items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags attached and returned in original packaging.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Soraya Beachwear’s discretion to determine if the returned item has been used. If an item is determined to be used, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Please note that all return postage costs will need to be covered by the buyer.

What items are non-refundable?

• Items purchased past the 10 day return policy
• Bikinis
• Items marked as final sale
• Accessories (jewellery, towels, hats, handbags)
• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
• Items purchased using a discount code or above
• Sales and clearance items
• Original shipping and handling fees
• Orders placed at retail locations cannot be returned online

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the return department, we aim to get you your refund within 48 hours. Howver, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
